Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept returns on certain products, such as non-embroidered, non-altered, or unused items, within 30 days of the purchase date.  

Unfortunately, Chef II Impress cannot accept returns if a product has been personalized or shows signs of use, including, but not limited to, embroidery or  personalization, alterations, laundering, damage, grease, smoke, odors, stains, or other markings.  

Please note: if your returned items show signs of use or wear, you will be notified, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued. 

All applicable sales are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

A Return Request Form must be completed in advance and sent to You will receive an e-mail with a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA# and shipping instructions within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of your return request. Please use a local shipping service, such as FedEx or UPS, that provides a tracking number for all shipments to ensure delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns will be processed during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST. 


  • Where is my refund?

    Your refund will be applied to the same credit card used to place your order. Please allow 24-72 hours for the refund to appear on your credit card account after the return has been processed.
  • What if I have a defective or damaged item?

    We will send you a return label for any returns/exchanges due to merchandise that arrived damaged or defective. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • Do I have to pay for my return?

    Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for returns and exchanges. There is no additional shipping cost on any replacement items sent to you as part of an exchange.
  • How do I return or exchange an item?

    1. Fill out the return form on the back of your packing slip. 2. Securely pack the items you're returning and include the completed return form in the package. 3.
