Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept returns on certain products, such as non-embroidered, non-altered, or unused items, within 30 days of the purchase date.
Unfortunately, Chef II Impress cannot accept returns if a product has been personalized or shows signs of use, including, but not limited to, embroidery or personalization, alterations, laundering, damage, grease, smoke, odors, stains, or other markings.
Please note: if your returned items show signs of use or wear, you will be notified, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
All applicable sales are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
A Return Request Form must be completed in advance and sent to returnchef2impress@gmail.com. You will receive an e-mail with a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA# and shipping instructions within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of your return request. Please use a local shipping service, such as FedEx or UPS, that provides a tracking number for all shipments to ensure delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns will be processed during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST.
